Some of our clients have expressed concerns about the number of automated emails that are generated by the One to One Plus software.  We listened to those concerns and are excited to announce a new feature that enables your team to quickly choose whether to send an email or not.  The newly added Save and Send button is available when adding or editing tickets as well as available for notes.
